In the Bolgheri area, a vineyard with forty years of history has Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo Foglia Tonda and Pugnitello: varieties that have disappeared from local winemaking.

There is an olive grove covering approximately 10 hectares, with nearly two thousand trees that are centuries old and are scattered throughout the grove, bearing witness to the unindustrialized nature of cultivation within the territory.

Apartments, cottages and a degustation room have been created according to the principles of sustainable architecture and are integrated seamlessly into the area. They are not visible from the outside, and they overlook a stunning landscape.
