VINIFICATION: fermentation and maceration in steel vats at a controlled temperature. AGING: 12 months in barriques and at least 6 months in the bottle. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% TASTING NOTES: brilliant and lively cardinal red, a generous and variety bouquet, with harmonious hints of spices, red fruits and small berries. Delightfully balanced, with good acidity and elegantly exuberant tannins. It is a wine that continues to evolve and is excellent with Livorno’s most typical dishes, fish with tomato sauce and all the classics of Italian cuisine. |
